Thank you so much for your willingness to participate in our event as a volunteer. We are less than 2 weeks away and, as promised, from our first e-mail, we want to keep you updated with the latest information.
This is a unique occasion since our entire purpose is to honor our heroes and recognize their family members during the course. Our schedule has been updated here.
1. Volunteer Stations: We have updated our webpage to list your volunteer positions. Please review it here. Let us know if you are in a location that you did not request or if you want to change.
2. Event Day Timeline: We want all volunteers to arrive in time for us to provide a quick brief and to give the Team Captains their walkie talkies. Here is the timeline:
7:00 am: Pre-Event Team Volunteers Arrive
7:15 am: Pre-Event Team Volunteers Proceed to Designated Stations
8:30 am: Event Team Volunteers Arrive
9:00 am: Event Team Volunteers Proceed to Designated Stations for prep
9:45 am: Team Food Volunteers Arrives
11:30 am: Team Breakdown Arrives
3. T-Shirt Sizes: All volunteers receive a free t-shirt. If you have not provided your t-shirt size, please send us an e-mail at firstname.lastname@example.org.
