To all of our 2014 Run for the Fallen RI Team of Volunteers:
We are just 2 weeks away from our first annual event! Thank you so much for your willingness to help us honor our heroes and recognize their families.
This is a quick update to provide 2 things:
1. Volunteer Handbook: We have posted our 2014 RFTF RI Volunteer Handbook on our website and you can view it here. We will also have copies for each of you at our event. Let us know if you have any questions at all.
2. Check-In Times: We want all volunteers to arrive in time for us to provide a quick brief and to give the Team Captains their walkie talkies. Here is the timeline:
7:00 am: Pre-Event Team Volunteers Arrive
7:15 am: Pre-Event Team Volunteers Proceed to Designated Stations
8:30 am: Event Team Volunteers Arrive
9:00 am: Event Team Volunteers Proceed to Designated Stations for prep
9:45 am: Team Food Volunteers Arrives
11:30 am: Team Breakdown Arrives
